Shipping Policy

Most orders will be shipped the same business day.
If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.
All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.
veesun Online Shop reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
veesun Online Shop is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS,USPS). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and veesun Online Shop that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. veesun Online Shop has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, veesun Online Shop will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
